Deme Sotiriou has spent 20 years building her reputation as one of Missouri and Southern Illinois’ premier personal injury lawyers. Her practice focuses on serious car accidents, commercial motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury cases.

Deme brings a unique perspective to handling these cases, given her previous experience defending these cases and working at an insurance company focused on defending tractor-trailer claims. Deme now uses that insider knowledge to represent our clients and obtain the best recoveries against the insurance companies.

Deme specializes in commercial motor vehicle litigation and is dedicated to helping those who have been injured or lost a loved one in these accidents. She previously spent over a decade defending automobile and trucking accidents. She then gained further knowledge and experience within the trucking industry while working as a claims attorney for an insurance carrier that provided insurance to trucking companies. She brings unique and invaluable commercial motor vehicle experience, which makes her an exceptional advocate for those injured.

Deme has spent most of her life in St. Louis, graduating from St. Joseph’s Academy High School and St. Louis University. She graduated cum laude from SLU with her Bachelor’s degree in both Psychology and Criminal Justice. She then attended St. Louis University School of Law and received her J.D. in 2004. While in law school, Deme clerked for attorneys specializing in personal injury cases, helping those injured in accidents. 

Deme and her husband Bryan live in St. Louis County with their son Noah and two dogs, Dezi and Dakota.
