Michael Finley is an injury attorney at Sotiriou Wilmowski, where he focuses on helping those who sustained injuries in accidents caused by the wrongdoing of others.  Michael has practiced law for over 25 years.  For the first ten years of his career, Michael represented insurance companies; thus, he knows their inner workings and uses that knowledge to his clients’ advantage.  Immediately prior to joining SW, Michael worked at one of the largest personal injury firms in St. Louis for seven years.  Michael consistently obtains insurance company policy limits settlements for injuries his clients have sustained in motor vehicle accidents.  He has also secured additional recoveries for clients, such as awards from the Missouri Tort Victims’ Compensation Fund.  In addition to personal injury cases, Michael can help clients with work-related injuries, having regularly practiced in the Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation.

Michael is a lifelong resident of St. Louis County.  In addition to his work at SW, Michael serves the citizens of Ballwin, Missouri, as Alderman of Ward 1, since being first elected in 2010.  He presently serves as chairman of Ballwin’s Public Health and Safety Committee.  When not practicing law, Michael enjoys playing softball, hockey, and bass guitar.  He can be seen in Ballwin enjoying local restaurants or walking with his German Shepherd mix, Ace the Bat-hound.
